Our Return Policy
- Please note that we do not offer refunds.
- Requests for exchange must be made within 48 hours of receiving the hair.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order.
- So Beauty will not accept the return of hair that has been used, washed, or whose lace has been tampered with.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept hair that has been worn.
- The customer is responsible for courier charges to and from So Beauty when an exchange is facilitated.
- Returns older than 10 days will not be accepted.
- Clearance or stock collection wigs are not eligible for exchange.
